29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: (a) On or about June 1, 2024 and times prior, at or near 16105 32nd Street NW in East Fairview, North Dakota, an employee of the sand hauling company loading at the facility was allowed to utilize a 12 foot high platform which was missing a safety gate.
