29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3): The employer began work without determining if employees could contact any part of an energized circuit and did not post warning signs and advise employees of the location of the circuit, hazards, and protective measures they need to take. On or about May 28, 2024, the new construction build for housing of University of Texas Students; a worker was exposed to an electrical hazard while working on electrical wires that had not been determined and identified as being energized.
