29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): Location: Jobsite @ 341 Cochituate Rd, Framingham, MA An employee was exposed to fall hazards of up to 25 feet to the ground below while utilizing an extendible boom ariel lift without being attached to the basket with a lanyard. The employer did not have a program to conduct and document frequent and regular inspections of their worksites to ensure that workers were protected from falls.
