29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  At a new residential worksite located at 11437 N Auburndale (Lot 19) KC MO -- one employee was working below other employees as they were all engaged in framing duties. This exposed the employee working below the others to head injuries. This was documented on or about 6/7/2024.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was using eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  At a new residential worksite located at 11437 Lot 19 N Auburndale Cr, KC MO -- employees engaged in framing duties were using pneumatic nail guns, hammers, portable saw and other small hand tools and were not wearing eye protection. This exposed employees to getting debris in their eyes causing injury. This was documented on or about 6/7/2024.

29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1):Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level.  At a new residential worksite located at Lot 19 -- 11437 N Auburndale Cr KC MO -- an employee was working at height greater than 12 feet above ground level on a make-shift scaffold without fall protection. This exposed the employee to fall hazards. This was documented on or about 6/7/2024.

This exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 19 feet to ground level. This was documented on or about 6/7/2024.
