(a) Main Entrance, Hinged Door next to the turnstiles remained locked from the inside when the fire alarm was activated at the time of the inspection.     The U S Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.36(d)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1738593, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05-09-2024, with respect to a workplace located at320 Garfield Street, Tacoma, WA 98444.
