These exposures were equivalent to an 8 hour TWA of 82.9 dBA, 90.4 dBA, and 92.2 dBA respectively, exceeding the OSHA Action Level of 85.0 dBA for an 8 hour TWA. Sampling times were 379, 378, and 389 minutes, respectively. Zero exposures were assumed for all unsampled time periods.  Violation noted on September 24, 2024.
