29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a - Building 4 - Front - Link @ W Squared in Princeton Junction, West Windsor NJ:  A worker was exposed to fall hazards when installing weather wrap onto the exterior surface of a residential structure's sheathing, from a pitched entry roof, while not using fall protection. As such this worker was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 8 feet 7 inches to the ground below.   Condition noted on or about 06/10/24.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
