OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from motor vehicles:  a) On or about 06/07/2024, at Jiffy Lube located at 6858 Erie Road, Derby, NY; employees were exposed to struck by hazards from motor vehicles while guiding the motor vehicles in and out of service bays, during, before and after automotive services such as, but not limited to, oil changes. The employer did not ensure that employees were standing safely out of the way of the moving vehicles.  ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
