29 CFR 1910.178(k)(1):The brakes of highway truck(s) were not set and wheel chocks placed under the rear wheels to prevent truck(s) from rolling: Location: 850 Newark Tpke. Kearny, NJ 07032 / Bay #95 a: The employer did not ensure chocks were placed under rear wheels to prevent the truck from rolling. An employee suffered lower back and neck pain after the forklift he was operating fell backwards onto the ground after the truck pulled away from the dock. Violation occurred on or about June 5, 2024.
