29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work: On or about: June 10, 2024 Location: 3 West Street, East Hanover, NJ 07936 a) An employee used a Makita grinder to cut conduit line while the 277 volt electrical power circuit was energized, unguarded, and ungrounded exposing the employee to electrical hazards.
