At the job site located at 12650 Manchester Ave, Grandview, MO 64030: Employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6' while working near the edge of a low sloped roof. The employees were installing a new roof of a commercial construction project without the use of an appropriate fall protection system. A warning line system and a safety monitor system was in use but the safety monitors were conducting other task which took  the monitor's attention from the monitoring function.
