29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On or about June 6, 2024, and at times prior, at the job site located at 2751 Leeward Way, Naples, FL, 34103, inspections of the worksite were not made, resulting in subcontractor's employees being exposed to an approximate 13-foot fall hazard while performing wood framing work on a new residential property without being protected from falling with a conventional fall protection system.
