29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above the lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about June 6, 2024, at the jobsite located at 2751 Leeward Way, Naples, FL, 34103, employees were exposed to an approximate 13-foot fall hazard while performing wood framing work of a new residential property without being protected from falling with a conventional fall protection system.
