29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(I): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training in other unique or potentially hazardous conditions of the workplace that could affect safe operation: a) Room #2 - Employees were not trained on crushing injuries associated with under-ride hazards while operating Crown RD 5000 and Crown RD 5200 series narrow aisle reach trucks next to horizontal rack beams. The configuration of the horizontal rack beams could enter the operator's open compartment, on or about June 7, 2024. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
