29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). Location: Worksite On or about June 12, 2024 employees were exposed to fall hazards of over 12 feet while working on the front porch roof to remove siding and debris, where the employer did not ensure that fall protection was in place. Employees were also exposed to asbestos hazards where the employer permitted respirators to be worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of their respirator facepiece and the face while entering active regulated asbestos areas. The employer did not ensure that a competent person performed frequent and regular inspections of the site.
