The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided. a. On or about June 12, 2024, at the site, the employer did not ensure that the kitchen floor was maintained dry when water was leaking from an adjacent sink, exposing employees to slip hazards.
