29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) On June 12, 2024, employees engaged in roofing work on a residential structure were not protected from fall hazards of approximately 18 feet above the ground. Pro Top Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1619069, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 15, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 7532 Cass Ave., Darien, IL 60561. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
