29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by rotating parts: a) 1480 Manheim Pike, Lancaster, PA, Roof - Employees working on adjusting a proxy switch on a rotating auger for Bag House #3 were exposed to caught-in hazards from the lack of guarding, on moving machine parts, on or about June 6, 2024. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
