UPS 690 Division St. Dubois, PA 15801: - Loading Dock Area on or about 06/13/2024 and at times prior thereto; Employees are exposed to trip and fall hazards associated with the stairway used to access the loading dock. The height from the top step to the dock platform is not uniformed with the stairway risers. The riser height from the floor to the first step was 6 1/2 inches. The riser height between the first and second step is 6 1/2 inches. The height between the top of the stairway to the dock platform is 11 inches.
