29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2)(ii): Lavatories were not provided with hot and cold, or tepid running water:  a) 147 Quigley Blvd New Castle, DE 19720 (Lavatory N140 & N142): On or about June 13, 2024, the employer failed to provide hot or tepid water exposing employees to spread of communicable disease, biological hazards associated with lavatory use, chemical contact and ingestion hazards.  The United States Postal Service dba USPS was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.141 (d)(2)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1617983, citation number 1, item number 1-c and was affirmed as a final order on 3-19-2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1103 Godwin Ave. Chesapeake, Va. 23324.
