29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a.  On or about June 13, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using pneumatic nail guns did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with eye injuries.

On or about June 13, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential roofing operations, sixteen (16) feet three (3) inches above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing an employee to fall hazards.  b.  On or about June 13, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, ten (10) feet six (6) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
