The employer did not develop and implement an energy control program, consisting of machine-specific energy control procedures, employee training, and periodic audits exposing employees caught-in and struck-by hazards, on or about June 13, 2024. b) 111 Eagleville Road, Blanchard,- Employees performed servicing and maintenance activities on such equipment as but not limited to vertical bandsaw (HYDEMECH V-20). The employer did not develop and implement an energy control program, consisting of machine-specific energy control procedures, employee training, and periodic audits exposing employees caught-in and struck-by hazards, on or about June 13, 2024. c) 111 Eagleville Road, Blanchard,- Employees performed servicing and maintenance activities on such equipment as but not limited to metal lathe (American Pacemaker).
