29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. 10 Paul Revere Rd., Worcester, MA: On or about June 13, 2024, an employee was observed working on a residential roof engaged in scraping paint with unprotected sides and edges greater than 12 feet above the ground below and was not protected by either guard rails, safety net systems or personal fall arrest system.
