Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b): a) Jobsite located: 1906 S 10th St, Philadelphia, PA - On or about June 11, 2024, the employer did not ensure employees conducting masonry operations from the roof of a three story residential building, approximately 30 feet above the ground level, were protected from falls by the use of a fall protection system. b) Jobsite located: 1906 S 10th St, Philadelphia, PA - On or about June 11, 2024, the employer did not ensure employees conducting masonry operations from the roof of a three story residential building, approximately 10 feet above the lower level, were protected from falls by the use of a fall protection system.
