29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or before 6/15/2024, the employer did not ensure that the Allison Ranch development was inspected frequently and regularly by a competent person to ensure the safety on subcontractor employees. Framing subcontractors were exposed to fall hazards while framing two houses. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to fall hazards of 10 feet and 2 feet.
