At a temporary worksite located at 5255 Hogarth Road, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043: On or about June 11, 2024, the employer exposed an employee to eye injury hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that each employee who operated a saw to cut wood wore protective side shields or wore safety glasses over their own personal glasses while cutting wood.
