29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:  a) Coating Department: On June 4, 2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and amputation hazards, in that energy control procedures were not utilized to control the hazardous energy sources presented by the Tuftco Finishing Systems, Inc. coater machine as employees performed maintenance activities at the machine's roll-up mechanism.
