29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace:   Collison Center - On or about June 17, 2024, employees were required to wear a respirator while performing body work repairs on automobiles, and the employer did not provide the employees any medical evaluations.   CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION  ABATEMENT NOTE: Respirators worn for voluntary or required use both require medical evaluations. These evaluations are required for all respirator use except for employees that voluntarily use dusts masks (e.g., N95 filtering facepiece respirators) or whose only use of the respirator would be for escape-only purposes.
