29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: On or about June 10, 2024, in the small band oven area, the guard on the crosscutting section of the Tiromat #2 was inadequate in that it allowed employees' fingers to come into contact with the point of operation.
