29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.   a) New residential construction located at 2961 Waterford Dr SW (Lot 43), CONYERS, GA 30012 - On or about 06/18/2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to eye hazards from flying particles in that, the employer failed to ensure employees were using appropriate eye protections while they were engaged in framing installation activities and working with  Metabo Model NR83A(s) Framing Nail Guns.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) New residential construction located at 2961 Waterford Dr SW (Lot 43), CONYERS, GA 30012 - On or about 06/18/2024, at at times prior, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 22-feet, 7 inches above the ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in plywood sheathing installation activities.
