29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):  The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s)  a) Wash Bay: On or about June 20, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that the Safety Data Sheets for chemicals such as but not limited to corrosive CHEMSTATION 20080 and irritant CHEMSTATION 9407BULK were not readily accessible to employees in the wash bay when they were required to wash tractor trailers.  Employees had to go through a manager who then had to get the safety data sheets off the computer.
