29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system: a) Residential construction located at 7565 Saffron Ave. Lot 163, Covington, GA - On or about 06/18/2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 13-feet and 4 inches above the lower level in that, the employer failed to ensure that a fall protection system was provided to employees engaged in plywood sheathing installation activities.
