29 CFR  1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms.   a) 141 Spruce St. Lakewood, NJ: Two employees were observed working from a pump jack scaffold approximately twelve to fifteen feet from the ground below. The employees were not wearing personal fall protection or protected by end rails while performing siding duties. Observed on or about 06/20/24.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
