29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a.  On or about June 17, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee using a pneumatic nail gun was not wearing safety glasses, thereby exposing the employee to hazards associated with eye injuries.

On or about June 17, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, approximately seven (7) feet above a lower level, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.

On or about June 17, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, approximately seven (7) feet above a lower level roof, did not have a ladder or other means of safe egress installed, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
