On or about June 18, 2024, the employer exposed employees to electrocution and electrical shock hazards in that employees utilizing an aerial lift to install windows beneath energized uninsulated overhead power lines failed to maintain the Minimum Approach Distance (MAD) of 10 feet to the energized overhead line(s).
