29 CFR 1910.217(c)(1)(i):The employer did not provide and ensure the usage of point of operation guards or properly applied point of operation devices on every operation performed on mechanical power press(es) (a) Jobsite, 330 East Cunningham Street, Butler, PA 16001: On or about June 20, 2024, during manufacturing activities on the Minster 32 Ton Press, located on the production floor, the employer did not ensure that machine guarding was used while performing Belleville manufacturing operations, exposing employees to amputation type injuries.
