29 CFR  1926.452(w)(3): Manual force used to move the scaffold was not applied as close to the base as practicable, and was applied more than 5 feet (1.5 m) above the supporting surface:    a) Job site, 400 Warrendale Village Drive, Wexford, PA: On or about June 20, 2024, during carpentry activities, the employer did not ensure that the manual force used to move a mobile scaffold was near the base and no further than 5 feet above the ground in that an employee moved the scaffold by grabbing the overhead framing/trusses and moving the scaffold along the floor by pulling with his arms/body.

29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards :    a) Job site, 400 Warrendale Village Drive, Wexford, PA: On or about June 20, 2024, prior to performing carpentry activities, the employer did not ensure that an employee was given scaffold safety training for mobile scaffolds, exposing the employee to injuries associated with working on a scaffold without the wheels locked/other equivalent actions being taken to prevent the scaffold from moving or from moving the scaffold from pulling on overhead framing/trusses of the structure being built overhead.
