29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest: On or about June 21, 2024, on the South side of a commercial building, employees were repairing the roof without fall protection at heights greater than 6-feet on the following instances: a) Lower roof on the south side at the main entrance. b) Intermediate roof on the east side.
