29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i):The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator was competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation. Worksite: 741 Smithtown Bypass, Smithtown, NY 11787. On or About June 24th, 2024. Employees operating a Toyota Forklift Truck model: 8FGu15 Serial No. 10051 in the warehouse were not trained by the employer. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
