29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about May 29, 2024, employees were exposed to injuries from falls, while conducting roofing activities, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place, on a roof in excess of six feet above the lower surface. Mendoza Expert Roofing LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1701520, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 24, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 10647 Stone Creek Ct., Parker, CO 80134. Mendoza Expert Roofing LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1689791, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 24, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 6384 S.
