29 CFR 1926.651(b)(3): When excavation operations approach the estimated location of underground installations, the exact location of the installations was not determined by safe and acceptable means: (a) On June 24, 2024, at 715 East Broadway Avenue, Bismarck, ND, employees were exposed to electrical hazards while excavating a trench and struck a live power utility line breaking the outer casing when they struck it with an excavator bucket.
