Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:  (a) On or about June 24, 2024, five employees were roofing the low-sloped roof of the lower section on the north side of an automobile dealership, being built more than 6 feet above the concrete below, and none of them were provided adequate fall protection.  (b) On or about June 21 and 22, 2024, seven employees were roofing the low-sloped roof of the middle section of an automobile dealership being, built more than 6 feet above the concrete below, and none of them were provided adequate fall protection.
