29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided: On or above June 25th, 2024, at 2655 SE 8th Ct., Homestead, Florida, employees were exposed to skin diseases such as, but not limited to, irritation and allergic reactions while repairing tiles and finishing a new residential roof with the application of Tile Bond- Roof Tile Adhesive (urethane adhesive ) and QUIKRETE (Portland Cement) without having chemical resistant gloves to prevent absorbing chemicals through their skin.
