OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees   a) Lambson Lane & Pigeon Point Road Newcastle, DE 19720 (Roadway): On or about June 25, 2024, employees were exposed to stuck by/caught in hazards while working on live roadways without signs visible to the public while traveling on Lambson Lane to assist traffic to pattern changes due to the brush removal activities.  The work zone did not comply with Section 6G.03 of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) 2009 Edition.
