29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a - 70 Bay Avenue, Ocean City NJ:  Workers were exposed to fall hazards when performing framing and other related activities while walking and working from the top plates of a residential structure's outer wall frames without fall protection.  As such these workers were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 19 feet 2 inches to the ground below.   Condition noted on or about 06/25/24.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
