Test voltages and the maximum intervals between tests shall be in accordance with Table I-5.  a. On or about June 25, 2024 located at 3425 Morse Crossing, Columbus Ohio, 43219: The employer failed to perform the required electrical tests on Class 3 rubber insulated gloves within the mandated 12-month interval. This lapse in testing frequency has resulted in a potential risk of electrical shock and burns to employees who rely on this equipment for protection.
