On or about June 26th, 2024, employees engaged in framing operations located at 18217 Cary Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68136 were exposed to fall hazards in that employees were observed working at heights greater than 6ft without any form of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: On or about June 26th, 2024, employees engaged in framing operations located at 18217 Cary Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68136 were exposed to fall hazards in that employees were using a stairway for access/egress to the 2nd level of the residential structure and the stairway was not equipped with handrail system.
