The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated:   a) 1728 Pulaski Hwy. bear Delaware 19701: On or about June 26, 2024, employee exposed to ejection hazard while operating articulating boom, Sunbelt Rental Genie, Model S45 XCH, ID number 10331627 without fall protection.
