29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 4139 Pendragon Circle Lot 23D - 30D Milton FL; On or about June 26, 2024, and at times prior, the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection being used, exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 9 feet 4 inches to the ground below. Manuel Ovallo, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1732018 citation number 1 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/02/2024.
