29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):The point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded: a. Located at 5995 University Boulevard, Jacksonville, Florida, 32216, on or about June 6, 2024, a meat cutter was using a band saw that was not properly guarded to slice cuts of pork when the employee amputated his left index finger and part of his thumb.
